Back side has engraving in reverse - as if a 'seal' had been pressed.    
(there is a type - dead center top -"ordEr" - the E is missing the center crossbar.

Honorary Member - April 27th, 1936

Esten A. Fletcher was elected Imperial Potentate of the Ancient Arabic Order, Nobles of the Mystic Shrine on June 11 of 1930. Before becoming Imperial Potentate, he was Inspector General of the Scottish Rite and a member of the Damascus Temple.

My wife and I also managed to get speeding tickets 15 minutes and 10 miles apart.
