Baume & Mercier - Cuervo Y Sobrinos Habana (Havana Cuba)

Here is a watch from my collection.

This one is a Baume & Mercier.  This one is a fairly rare piece, it was sold in Havana at some point in the late 1950s or early 1960s.  It was also obviously sold to a fairly affluent person.
Cuervo Y Sobrinos was the big department store, like a Bloomingdale's, prior to the revolution.

"Fly Back" Chronograph.  All I really did to this one was to add a few drops of oil.

I believe this is a Landeron Movement.  It is marked B&M on the bridge.

If you come across this and can help with that serial number, I would appreciate it.

Pearlage on the cover

Perlage is remarkably 'low tech'  I have done it on jewelry.  It is done by using a stiff or metal brush on the flexshaft.  It is beautiful if done correctly.
